What to include

Your device model, Android version, app version and a short description of the issue. If you attach a screenshot, hide the child’s name and other personal information. Do not send children’s recordings.

Recording does not work

In Android settings, open Apps → FluenTales → Permissions and check microphone access. Menu names may vary by device.

Deleting stories and data

Delete individual stories by confirming deletion in the saved stories list. Uninstalling or clearing the app’s storage in Android settings removes all local data. This also removes recordings and settings; we cannot restore them.

Accounts and recovery

FluenTales has no user accounts or publisher-operated cloud backup. There is no login, password recovery or account deletion request.
