Free Android release. No ads, accounts or purchases.
1. Publisher and scope
FluenTales is provided by TechMolvia s. r. o., Company ID 57 077 789, Lúčna 1739/26B, 900 41 Rovinka, Slovakia. Contact: support@fluentales.app; info@techmolvia.sk. These terms cover the initial free Android release distributed through Google Play. Store and device use are also subject to the relevant providers’ terms.
2. Use by children
The app can be used for picture storytelling, arranging cards, and recording and playing a personal story. It is designed for children; a parent or guardian should decide on use and provide help appropriate to the child’s age and abilities. We do not require children to create accounts or independently enter into a contract. A parent or guardian acts for the child to the extent provided by applicable law. These terms do not limit statutory rights.
3. App and picture licence
To the extent of our rights, we grant a non-exclusive licence to use the app and bundled content for personal, non-commercial household use. Ownership of the app, brand and bundled content is not transferred. Without our authorisation you may not separately resell or redistribute the app or bundled pictures, or present them as your own work. Statutory exceptions and permitted uses, including legally permitted interoperability analysis, are unaffected.
4. Your recordings
Rights in personal narration and recordings remain with the relevant rights holders. Using the app does not grant us a licence to publish recordings, train AI on them or use them for advertising. They are stored locally and we have no remote access. Do not record others in a way that infringes their rights.
5. Price and initial release features
The initial release is free, with no ads, purchases or subscriptions. It has no personal photo feature, user accounts, cloud sync, sharing or export. If paid features are offered in future, pricing and terms will be provided before purchase. These terms do not create any payment obligation.
6. Data and loss
Our Privacy Policy at fluentales.app/en/privacy explains data handling. Saved stories and settings are on the device. Deleting a story, clearing app storage, uninstalling, losing or damaging the device may result in data loss. The publisher has no independent backup and cannot restore those data. The initial release has no recording export feature.
7. Purpose of the app
FluenTales is a tool for picture storytelling and creative activity. It does not provide diagnosis, medical assessment or individualised therapy and does not replace professional care. We do not promise a specific speech or learning outcome.
8. Updates, availability and liability
We may update the app to fix bugs, improve security or change features. Availability may depend on the device, Android version and Google Play. We do not promise error-free operation on every device. Liability and user rights are governed by applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or mandatory consumer rights, including digital content conformity rights where applicable.
9. Support and issues
Report issues to support@fluentales.app. Include device model, Android and app versions, and steps leading to the problem. Do not send children’s recordings or unnecessary personal data. We have no access to your device and do not need the child’s name.
10. Law, disputes and changes
These terms are governed by Slovak law without affecting mandatory consumer protection under the law of your habitual residence or statutory jurisdiction rules. Contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue. Consumers may, where applicable, use a competent alternative dispute resolution body, such as the Slovak Trade Inspection (soi.sk), if it has jurisdiction for the dispute. Changes will be published with a new date. We do not apply changes retroactively to accrued rights or treat silence as agreement to a new charge.
